Above all, we hope this message finds you, your families, and loved ones in good health and safety. We are dedicated to conducting our business in absolute compliance with the CDC guidelines so your customer experience feels as secure as possible. We wanted to reach out to let you know step-by-step how we will insure the health of everyone within and beyond the dealership walls.
Health and safety first. We urge that all employees stay home if they experience any symptoms. We have also kindly asked all staff members to refrain from shaking hands and to remain at a safe distance.
Cleanliness. We have intensified the dealership cleaning regimen. There will be a continual rotation of staff throughout the day that will sanitize all surfaces, door handles, and everything that comes into human contact. This routine will also include a deep clean after hours. We have taken extra measures to clean each car, using steering wheel covers, sanitizing interiors and door handles.
Everyone will do their part. Our entire staff has undergone instruction and health guidelines of the CDC. We have instructed our employees to take responsibility to clean and disinfect their areas multiple times a day–this includes keyboards, light switches, mouses, desks, etc.
Convenience won’t stop (in-store and virtual). For those that would prefer not to visit the store, we offer the following options:
Night Drop from 5pm-7am – Fill out a night drop envelope found on the service drive gate, the key goes in the envelope and then drop in the box on the gate. You will hear from us by 10am.
Mobile Service – We will come to your home or office to perform an A-Service or the Takata Airbag Recall. Please note the limited capabilities. Contact us for details.

Convenient Shopping – If your lease is coming to an end, or in need of a new vehicle, rest assured we we have all the tools for shopping online with minimal contact. This includes a virtual showroom, test drive, option to call / Facetime your sales associate, and you can complete your purchase from the comfort of your own home including delivery of your new vehicle.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the dealership. We are 100% dedicated to accommodating you and our staff at all times. We will be intensely monitoring for any updates on laws, codes, and guidelines via the CDC.
